I train male and females of all ages, in 1 on 1 or small group sessions. Each of my clients have very different yet specific goals in mind.
Some of my clients want weight loss... Some of my clients want overall toning and maintenace...
Other clients want hypertrophy (build muscle)...
And many women need pre and post-partum training...
How cool is that to see an extremely pregnant woman in the weight room pumping iron? Just because you have a baby, does not mean that you need to lose sight of your goals. My advice is to get into the best shape of your life first, then get pregnant and maintain your workouts throughout your pregnancy. That makes bouncing back into shape afterwards a lot easier. In April of 2008, I gave birth to my 3rd son. I worked out the entire pregnancy, incorporating weight training, cardiovascular exercise and a modified diet. I gained a total of 19 lbs. and I did not allow the excuse of "being pregnant" to hinder my goals. It still required a lot of determination and time, but I was able to get my pre-pregnancy body back. After all, I need to be both physically and mentally fit to chase after 3 very active boys.
I take a very innovative approach to training and fitness. I will push you to your maximum potential, but I will make sure that you are having fun. With the right mindset and attitude, ANYONE can achieve ANYTHING that they set their mind to. And remember, it is not about just being in shape! It's about how you feel and perform in life and the way it affects your relationships.
